go 後面如果是動詞要加ing
（1）go後接動詞的-ing形式，表示「去做……」。如：
go shopping去購物。
go swimming去游泳。
go fishing去釣魚。
go hiking去徒步旅行等等。

作為功名詞時，經常是由表示娛樂、消遣、運動的不及物動詞－ing組成。

而go to do sth中的do無此要求,且有時可以轉化成go and do sth.如：let me go to look at it.= let me go and have a look at it
